§ Mr. ScottThe issue of invitations to retirement pensioners and child benefit recipients to consider the advantages of payment by credit transfer, which was suspended in 1984, is to be resumed. Invitations to retirement pensioners will recommence this month and to child benefit recipients in January 1988.
