§ Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list in the Official Report the consultative steps he proposes to take, and the organisations he anticipates contacting, in anticipation of publishing the proposed Bill on the Scottish Health Service.
§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe discussion document "Primary Health Care: An Agenda for Discussion", which was published in April 1986, was the subject of extensive consultation by my right hon. and learned Friend. The Bill which will be introduced this Session will incorporate measures reflecting the outcome of the consultation. A White Paper to be published shortly will set out that outcome in detail.
