asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what costs to his Department have arisen as a result of the extradition of the Heysel stadium defendants.

The costs that have fallen on the Home Office relate mainly to the time spent by officials who are employed in the division responsible for extradition. No exceptional costs were involved.
