§ Sir John Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, in accordance with article 10 of the Anglo-Irish agreement, he has raised in the Anglo-Irish intergovernmental conference, or otherwise, the restriction 830W imposed by the Government of the Republic of Ireland on cross-border trade, whose conditions have been declared illegal by the European Commission.
