§ Mr. SainsburyThe Department's policy towards fees for subject access under the Data Protection Act 1984 is that there will be no charge for current, past and potential MOD employees but for other data subjects the statutory fee of £10 will be charged. The MOD has six register entries covering a total of 16 purposes. The total cost to a data subject, who is not a current, past or potential MOD employee, seeking access to personal data held under all registrations would be £60.
