Whether an improved lifejacket for helicopter crews has been developed which can be worn without interfering with the wearing of immersion suits.

Aviation safety is a matter for the Civil Aviation Authority. The CAA have informed me that a new lifejacket has been developed which is suitable for continuous wear over conventional flying overalls or immersion suits. So far, over 300 of these lifejackets have been supplied to helicopter operators.
