asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, given that they do not "give details about the performance of NATO's nuclear weapons" (H.L. Debates, 14th October 1986, col. 797), enhanced radiation warheads can be deployed by NATO forces in Europe without Parliament's knowledge.
