§ 22. Mr. Reesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what criteria the Lord Advocate uses in deciding whether to accede to a formal request for assistance in procuring the extradition from Scotland of a suspected criminal; and whether any different criteria apply to suspected war criminals.
