§ Mr. Chris PattenIn addition to the ODA's grants of £100,000 to the Centre for World Development Education (CWDE) and £6,000 to Scottish Education and Action for Development in this financial year, I am always willing to consider requests for funding other carefully selected development education projects taking into account work already done, particularly by CWDE.
The widespread distribution to schools of our new booklet "British Aid" constitutes a major development education initiative this year.
