asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what was the cost to his Department of printing, publishing and distributing the speech of the Minister for Overseas Development, the hon. Member for Bath (Mr. Patten) entitled "Idealism and Self-Interest: Britain's Aid Programme" delivered to the Royal Institute for International Affairs at Chatham House on 18 March.
