§ Dr. David Clarkasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a list showing the various critical groups of members of the public likely to be exposed to the greatest doses of radiation in the vicinity of each licensed nuclear installation for the several kinds of radioactive discharges and emissions during normal operations of the installation; whether, in each case, the critical group is associated with (a) direct emissions of radiation from the installation; (b) gaseous discharges of 38W have been put into operation in the United Kingdom since the Water (Fluoridation) Act 1985 was passed and give the cost of those schemes and the number of the populations now affected by them.
