§ Mr. ButcherMr. Doolan was retained at normal consultancy rates by the Department earlier this year to promote the National Quality Campaign in the West Midlands. He is visiting companies throughout the region to talk about the "total" or "company-wide" approach to quality featured in the campaign, and to explain the practical and financial support available to firms seeking to improve their quality performance.
