Mr. Dewar

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will give the level of support for industrial innovation under section 8 of the Industrial Development Act 1982 paid out in Scotland in each year since 1982; if he will express this support as a percentage of total United Kingdom payments in each year; and if he will give the percentage changes in support between years.
