§ Mr. DunnMost LEAs in England are now able to provide a full school meals service in secondary schools.
In a survey undertaken last autumn, some 22 authorities reported small numbers of schools with a partial, not full, service. Recruitment of school meals supervisors was the main problem and this is gradually being overcome.
