To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many appeals he has received against the proposal to allow consent to make emergency discharges of screened sewage effluent into Tollcross burn from the proposed sewage pumping station at Springhill farm, Baillieton, Glasgow; if he will list all appellants in theOfficial Report; and if he will call in this application.
