§ Mr. John MarshallTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, further to the statement by the hon. and learned Member for Putney (Mr. Mellor), the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, of 10 December,Official Report, column 630, if he will list the documents relating to the intermediate nuclear forces treaty that are to be deposited in the Library.
§ Mr. MellorAs I indicated in my statement to the House on 10 December, the INF treaty has already been deposited in the Library. The basing country agreement, signed on 11 December, will be deposited in the Library this week, and the exchange of notes between the United Kingdom and Soviet Union as soon as the exchange has been completed. Moreover, subsequent to my statement, the United States Government have published the memorandum of understanding on data. This will, therefore, be deposited in the Library as soon as a clean copy is available.
