§ Mr. Teddy TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if the EEC Commission has sought the permission of Her Majesty's Government to the participation of British civil servants seconded to the Commission in the courses at Time Manager International, Henley-on-Thames, designed to improve morale and public presentation; and if the cost has been provided for in the Community budget.
§ Mrs. ChalkerI understand that this training programme, which is entirely the responsibility of the Commission, is part of a reinforced training programme for staff, irrespective of nationality. The costs will be provided from the Commission's training budget.
