§ Mr. MoynihanThe Government indicated in their response to the 11th report of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution ("Managing Waste: The Duty of Care") that it was considering the feasibility of identifying contaminated land by means of land registers. Consideration of this complex issue has not yet been completed; registers of such land remain a possibility.
