§ Mr. Kenneth Clarke[pursuant to his reply, 26 March 1987, c. 241]: I take it that the hon. Member is referring to UBS 9, which is one of the sections within my Department's unemployment benefit service head office.
The section is responsible for liaison arrangements between the Manpower Services Commission and unemployment benefit service and the related benefit office procedures.
