asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what proportion of informal planning appeals were decided in favour of the applicant in each of the past five years;

(2) what proportion of full planning appeals were decided in favour of the applicant in each of the past five years;

(3) what proportion of written planning appeals were decided in favour of the applicant in each of the past five years.
