§ Mr. LuceThe cash grant to the Scottish National Orchestra over the last five years has been:
£ 1981–82 763,500 1982–83 870,500 1983–84 927,300 1984–85 977,000 1985–86 1,270,000 1986–87 1,331,700 The Scottish Arts Council is not yet in a position to determine its grant to the orchestra for 1987–88 because the Arts Council has not yet made its allocation to the Scottish Arts Council.
