asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many staff are employed solely on immigration duties in Her Majesty's Missions in (a) India, (b) Bangladesh, (c) Pakistan, (d) Ghana, (e) Nigeria and (f) Sri Lanka; what is the planned figure; and what are the equivalent figures for the same date of 1985, 1984 and 1983.

A new level of fees is to be introduced with effect from 18 November 1986. The relevant Order in Council is now being printed. The principal fees will be as follows:
