§ Mr. MellorTwo officials from the Home Office drugs branch attended the launch on 25 March 1986 of the Drugwatch/SCODA National Directory of Services for drug users, their families and friends, at which the Grange Hill cast's "Just Say No" record and video were also launched. My hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health and Social Security the hon. Member for Wycombe (Mr. Whitney) spoke at the launch. I had intended to be there but my duties on the Standing Committee considering the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Bill precluded me. The Home Office, DHSS and DES each gave financial help towards the distribution of the National Directory.
