§ Dr. BoysonLast month I announced additional allocations specifically to assist new small businesses by providing 400 additional places under the Enterprise Allowance Scheme and 200 further grants under the Local Enterprise Development Unit's enterprise grant programme, which provides a grant of up to £5,000 for new business start-ups.
