asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science, when he expects to receive a response from Bedfordshire education authority in respect of the request from the parents of Donna de Groot and Stuart Ford for the provision of further education to assist their deafness.

My right hon. Friend is assured that Bedfordshire LEA will send a response to the Department's inquiries about further education provision for these young people early next month.
