§ Dr. McDonaldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will publish in the Official Report the date on which he expects the formal consultation procedure on the closure of South Ockendon hospital to commence and to be completed;
(2) how many patients from South Ockendon hospital have been transferred to private residential homes or to board and lodging houses since 1984;
(3) what arrangements have been made for the supervision of patients transferred from South Ockendon hospital into private residential homes or into board and lodging houses since 1984; and if he will make a statement;
(4) how many urgent transfers of maternity cases from Orsett hospital to Basildon hospital have taken place in each year since 1982; and how this compares with the national average.
