asked the Secretary of State for Transport if any payments will be made from sub-head G5 of the transport services and central administration vote in advance of approval by Parliament.

Pending parliamentary approval of this Vote, (VIII, 2), urgent expenditure on this new service, estimated at £12,900, will be met by repayable advances from the Contingencies Fund.
