§ Mr. Hoyleasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if, when the new corporate plan is discussed with BL, the fact that Land Rover, Freight Rover and British Leyland Vehicles were not sold, will result in any cutback by Her Majesty's Government in the provision of funds for capital expenditure.
