§ Mr. Ron Daviesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list the main causes of pollution in Britain in order of magnitude and estimate, for each factor, the percentage of total environmental pollution for which each is responsible;
(2) which pollutants derive from vehicle exhaust fumes and, in each case, in Britain, what percentage of the total amount of these pollutants in air-borne pollution they presently represent.
