asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will give the designations of all United States tactical and strategic reconnaisance aircraft whih have flown from RAF airbases in the United Kingdom in 1986.

The following United States tactical and strategic reconnaisance aircraft are based in the United Kingdom: SR71 and RC 135 at RAF Mildenhall; TR1 and RF4 at RAF Alconbury. The United States authorities have confirmed that in addition EP3 and U2 reconnaissance aircraft visited the United Kingdom during 1986.
