asked the Secretary of State for Transport whether the Street Works Advisory Committee he proposes to establish will have any executive functions; and whether it will employ any staff.

§ Mr. Peter Bottomley
No; the Street Works Advisory Committee will be a purely advisory body and will have no executive functions. It will also not employ staff.
