§ Mr. MellorThe Home Office makes grants to a number of voluntary organisations offering a wide range of rehabilitative projects for offenders of all kinds, and provides funding both for local victims support schemes and their national association. Funding is also provided by the Department of Health and Social Security to a range of voluntary organisations in the child care field.
