§ Mr. BrookeThe Commission's paper 7113/86 containing its proposals for a supplementary budget for 1986 was subsumed in the Commission's letter of amendment to the 1986 budget, issued to the budget authority on 3 July. This and other matters concerning the adoption of the 1986 budget were discussed by ECOFIN and subsequently by Budget Council at their meetings on 7 July.
