Mr. Colvin

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what information he has as to the percentage of planning appeals which were successful (a) in total and (b) expressed as a percentage of the total number of planning applications in the areas covered by (i) the Test Valley borough council and (ii) the New Forest district council in the years 1979 to 1985.
