§ Mr. RifkindThe Convention of Scottish Local Authorities and the Scottish Examination Board have now accepted the proposals I announced on Tuesday 21 January 1986—Vol. 90, Col. 101—in reply to my hon. Friend and have agreed that standard grade and the consequential revision of higher grade should be implemented on that basis. I have now therefore asked the Scottish Examination Board to proceed accordingly.
