HC Deb 25 February 1986 vol 92 c534W
75. Mr. Heathcoat-Amory

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations he has received about the proposed new contract for pharmacists; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Hayhoe

Since the new contract was agreed with the representatives of community pharmacists in May 1985 approximately 600 representations have been received, 85 per cent. of which were in favour of its early implementation. I refer my hon. Friend to my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Slough (Mr. Watts) on 7 February, at columns289–90.
