§ 42. Mr. Kenneth Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will undertake a study to assess the effect on wildlife of the present proposals to carry out a range of developments in the estuaries of England and Wales.
§ Mr. WaldegraveI have no plans for an overall study at present. However, we shall continue to ensure that the effects of estuarial developments in particular areas on wildlife are fully examined, together with all other relevant factors.
