§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Young)The provision of diplomatic parking spaces is a matter for the Greater London Council and local authorities. I understand that in the City of Westminster and the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where the majority of diplomatic missions are situated, there are 172 authorised parking spaces outside diplomatic missions and 37 outside residences.
