§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will publish in the Official Report a copy of the reply from the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Armed Forces of 17 June to the chairperson of Christian CND on the circumstances in which nuclear weapons may lawfully be used; and if he will make a statement.
