§ 22. Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he has had any discussions during the past six months with (a) the United States authorities or (b) the Japanese authorities concerning compensation for prisoners of war held by the Japanese at Mukden, who may have been used for testing the effects of germ and chemical warfare techniques.
