Grants given by the Nature Conservancy Council to voluntary conservationists for the purchase of SSSI land since 1 April 1985 are as follows:

Government's proposals for calculating the increase in the amount of the local contribution which local authorities will be expected to find from local sources in arriving at their entitlement to housing subsidy for 1986–87. The second concerns the amount of management and maintenance expenditure to be treated as reckonable for housing subsidy purposes in 1986–87. Copies of the papers have been placed in the Vote Office and in the Libraries of both Houses.
