§ Sir Hugh Rossiasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he has any proposals to amend the Rent Act 1977, section 12(1) and schedule 2(2) so as to put right anomalies which have arisen regarding the status of resident landlords who hold their legal estate as joint tenants.
