§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe consequences in Wales of the introduction of milk quotas will differ from farm to farm, according to the decisions taken by individual farmers. The number of registered milk producers in Wales at 31 December 1984 was 7,262, a decrease of 2.2 per cent. over December 1983. From April 1984 to January 1985 milk production was estimated to be 8.3 per cent. below year earlier levels. I am satisfied with the arrangements for outgoers.
