§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI have no plans at present for such a meeting. Development prospects in the area benefit from the continuing work of the Welsh Development Agency and the Wales Tourist Board as well as receiving assistance as an intermediate area and from European sources.

The various initiatives set in hand in June last year with the aim of creating employment opportunities in the Teifi valley are progressing satisfactorily. The Dyfed county council, Welsh Development Agency, Wales tourist board, Mid-Wales Development and others are participating fully. These initiatives are in addition to programmes of aid from Government, statutory agencies and European sources.
