§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if the certified copies of the sponsored passports relating to the entry clearance required by the fiancé of Miss Mossarat Zahra Abbas of 21 Longton road, Stone, have now been received by the authorities in Islamabad.
§ Mr. WaddingtonI understand that the entry clearance officer in Islamabad received a certified copy of Miss Abbas's current passport but that she has not provided copies of previous passports on which she had travelled. As further information is required before a decision can be taken on the application of her fiancé, Mr. Sadat Ali Shah, arrangements are now being made for Miss Abbas to be interviewed here.
