§ Mr. RifkindOur delegation to the Ottawa meeting of human rights raised the case of Raoul Wallenberg during bilateral discussions with its Soviet counterpart. The response from the Soviet side was to reiterate their claim that Mr. Wallenberg had died in 1947.
