asked Her Majesty's Government:

To explain what arrangements they are making to consult the voluntary sector on the implementation of the proposal for a charitable trust for London announced during the Committee stage of the Local Government Bill in the House of Lords; and how the new Charitable Trust Fund will be administered.

We propose to have discussions with representatives of the voluntary and chantable interests concerned. We intend that the new trust for London should be administered by an existing charitable organisation.
