§ Mr. Giles ShawArrangements have been made for the present chairman of the Police Complaints Authority to retain the access on the Government car service which he enjoyed in his former post as Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration and Health Service Commissioner. The service is provided subject to the authority's repayment of the costs.
