§ Sir Keith JosephExpenditure in England by local education authorities on adult education centres and by central government on adult education grants and programmes has been £69 million, £77 million, £88 million, £102 million and £104 million respectively for the financial years in question. The figure for 1984–85 is the estimated outturn expenditure.
