§ Mr. Weetchasked the Secretary of State for Energy what is his latest estimate of the date when the report of the inspector in charge of the Sizewell inquiry will be submitted to him; and if he will make it his policy to publish the report as soon as practicable thereafter.
§ Mr. GoodladThe inspector has informed my right hon. Friend that he hopes to be able to deliver his main recommendations to him before the end of this year. It is the Government's intention to publish the report and make it available to the House, but the Secretary of State will wish to see it first and consider it before deciding on the publication date.
